These are so sinfully good and stupidly easy to prepare, the hardest part was resisting to make and eat them every day.
This was another kitchen project for me and Joel, and I gotta say, they came out perfectly.All you need to do is crush the Oreos (filling and all) into fine crumbs, mix in some softened cream cheese (we used 4 oz of cream cheese and about 40 Oreos), roll them into balls, put in the freezer for about 15 minutes, dip the balls into melted white chocolate, sprinkle some extra Oreo crumbs, and chill in the fridge until they’re firm. Seriously, that’s it. They’re the perfect little treat – if you’re not watching your weight ;).
