I am back from a week-long break! I went to Orlando with Joel to visit the Harry Potter theme park (!!!). I’m still reeling from the excitement of getting to go there, but I gotta get back to the grindstone.
For Monday’s bento, I prepared an easy, simple one. These are mostly leftovers – and I’m not complaining. I also need to fix my diet so this bento mostly has protein and fibers – less carbs; admittedly, I had no regard for the rules of eating healthy for the last couple of weeks since it was my birthday and I was on vacation.
