Bento Baon: Nori Wrap

I had just finished eating lunch at work, and I’m actually surprised how good this nori wrap tasted. I made it with some imitation crab meat, purple cabbage, Korean-style spinach salad, and carrots.

I put some of the leftover braised tofu in Joel’s lunch along with some carrot sticks.

I wasn’t able to use up all the filling, but I still packed the rest of them with my lunch and just mixed it all up as like a salad. It was pretty good. I can’t wait to try more variations of these rolls.
