I opted to use plain old regular plastic tupperwares for our lunches today.
I know it’ll still taste delicious 🙂
My pre-made carrot flowers made these lunches extra decorative, and I’m pretty pleased with that.
The other food items in our lunches are: bean sprout, tofu, and red bell pepper stir-fry, broccoli, and pancit canton (Filipino chow mein). I also made a soft-boiled egg to go into our lunches in the morning before leaving for work. I don’t usually get boiling eggs done right, but I got the consistency I want this time :). I think it’s perfect and made our lunches extra special.
