I had a tough case of stomachache last night, and I wasn’t able to make our lunches. Good thing I was able to prepare them this morning before leaving for work.
It tremendously helps that I have everything ready to pack – from the rice to the afritada to the carrot flowers. And all that’s needed to be done is fill the bento with food items.
The only thing I did this morning was make hard-boiled eggs. That didn’t take long at all, so once I had the eggs ready, I packed it with the chicken afritada, rice, and some broccoli.
Simple bento to get Joel and me through Hump Day! 🙂
