Tamagoyaki is the main dish in Joel’s and my bento for today.
I packed the very last of the pancit canton in Joel’s bento, along with some red bell pepper kinpira.
I also made a bigger batch (and by “bigger” I mean I used four eggs instead of the usual two-three) of tamagoyaki with carrots and green onions to go in our lunches. It’s gon’ be good!
I’m still learning to pack our bento boxes as neatly and as tightly as possible, but I think I’m pretty much getting the hang of it. 🙂
