My baon for today is 100% leftovers.
And I’m not complaining :). Getting close to finishing the pancit canton I made over the weekend, so I’m packing it again for lunch. This bento was a quickie one I prepared in the morning before leaving for work. I was just zapped of energy yesterday after work and going to the gym that all I did was unwind with a Criminal Minds Netflix marathon for the rest of the night. Just what I needed! 🙂
Joel was craving for some Sappora Ichiban ramen. We have a couple of those in the pantry, so that’s what he’s having for lunch instead of a bento lunch. I did advise him to chop up some green onions to throw into his ramen because green onions make everything better.
